Who are the Insights 2 Impact Team?

The team behind Insights 2 Impact are Sue Osborne and Sean Gladwin: two experienced leaders, facilitators, and evaluators. 

Sue and Sean have been working together for nearly 10 years collaborating on evaluation projects and programme delivery.

Together they bring:

  • 50+ years of experience in the VCSE and public sectors
  • 30+ years of evaluation experience
  • Expertise in Social Return on Investment and Social Accounting & Auditing
  • Experience of conducting 50+ evaluations, as well as commissioning and participating in evaluations
  • Experience of training, supporting, and mentoring over 1,000 social entrepreneurs and charity leaders
