Business Strategy & Performance Review


Many organisations set out what they want to achieve, or want to be, through their Vision; how they're going to achieve it is expressed in their Mission Statement; and what they believe in is articulated in their Values.  Some set an ambitious, forward thinking Vision to drive their workforce and increase productivity. Unfortunately some of the activities that the company are delivering, and the performance indicators that are being measured, can be detached from the Vision; therefore taking the organisation in a different direction. Structures and services need to be fit for purpose and add value to a company, not create an unnecessary burden. 


Enriched work with organisations to understand their current position and deliver a bespoke diagnostic.  We work with people across the organisation to understand if the activities they are delivering are relevant, and are contributing to the Vision. We work collaboratively to develop performance measures and a strategy that will support companies to achieve their Vision.


Impact Measurement & Evaluation


Organisations need to know that they're generating the maximum impact from the resources they invest, both at an organisational and service level. They also need to know WHAT impact they're having.


At Enriched we understand the importance of this, but we also understand how complex this can be. We work with organisations to understand their impact and adopt a bespoke approach to meet their needs. Some of the impacts being generated can be hard to measure and quantify, however we will find or develop the right tool to make this possible.  Our learning curiosity means that we are passionate about understanding the REAL difference that is being made, whether this be planned or unplanned, hard or soft.  


Our evaluations will not only show evidence of the impacts achieved, but also WHY they are being achieved.  Harnessing this information will support organisations to develop their strategy for moving forward to maximise these impacts and to make positive future-focused decisions through a true value for money lens.


Coaching & Mentoring


Coaching is a process that enables both an individual and an organisation to achieve their full potential and can make a lasting difference to the way they do things. The benefits of coaching include:

  • Increased openness to personal and professional learning and development
  • Increased ability to identify solutions to specific issues
  • Creates ownership and responsibility

Coaching is dedicated to an individual, their issues and the attainment of new behavioural goals. It generally takes place over a period of time,  which means people will be constantly challenged and encouraged to work on issues that need improvement. By constantly challenging themselves, the individual practices good habits and with more practice, the more natural it becomes to automatically change and improve behaviours.


Coaching can take place face to face or online.  This means that no matter where you are you can still experience the benefits of coaching.
