We use this evidence to help organisations understand whether the services they are delivering are contributing to the overall Vision; we then collaborate to develop a strategy in response to these findings. We have undertaken organisational reviews and social impact evaluations for a wide range of services and have supported managers, commissioners, directors and boards to understand this information and how they can achieve greater impact with a value for money approach.
